Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the okbry platform — including its website at okbry.net, all games, promotions, customer support channels, and related services — is conditional upon your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all users of okbry, regardless of registration status, and govern every interaction with the platform.

By completing the okbry registration process, clicking "I Agree," or by simply using any feature of the okbry platform, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms. This agreement is effective from the moment you first access okbry.net.

okbry reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of okbry following any update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage all players to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms should be read together with okbry's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and okbry.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and participate on the okbry platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of okbry:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is aligned with Philippine regulations governing casino-style and online gaming. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using okbry's services in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or automated system) acting on your own behalf.

okbry reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Registration does not guarantee continued access to the platform.

Account Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered okbry account. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. okbry uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances or winnings may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your okbry login. This includes all wagers placed, deposits made, withdrawal requests submitted, and communications sent through your account. You must take all reasonable steps to ensure that your okbry login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — are kept confidential and not shared with any third party.

Changes to account information should be submitted through the account management portal or by contacting okbry support. okbry reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any changes to sensitive account details.

okbry accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or lease your account to any other person. Any such attempt will result in immediate account termination.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the okbry platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). okbry supports a wide range of payment methods tailored to Filipino players, including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, USDT TRC20, and Visa/Mastercard.

By making a deposit on okbry, you confirm that:

• The funds being deposited are legally obtained and belong to you personally.
• You are not using okbry for the purpose of money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime.
• The payment method used for the deposit belongs to you and is registered in your name.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This same-method withdrawal policy is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, as well as processing timeframes, are published in the okbry Help Centre and may be updated periodically.

okbry reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting a copy of a government-issued ID, a selfie with the ID, and proof of the payment method used. Withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC verification. Players are encouraged to complete KYC early to avoid delays when withdrawing.

Bonuses & Promotions

okbry offers a range of bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to individual terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time the promotion is active.

Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply across all okbry promotional offers:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated on each promotion page.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in the bonus terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered through within the specified validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your okbry account at a time. Depositing while a bonus is active may affect your bonus balance.
• Abuse & Exploitation: okbry takes a firm stance against bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting software errors, using artificial betting patterns to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players.

okbry reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to an active promotion will be notified of any material changes. okbry's decision regarding any bonus dispute is final and binding.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the okbry platform are provided by third-party game suppliers, including Jili Games, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, and Spribe, among others. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

Game outcomes on okbry are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) where applicable, or by live dealer mechanics for live casino games. okbry does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your device and the result recorded on okbry's server, the server record shall be considered final and authoritative.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game round, the affected round will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's malfunction policy. okbry does not guarantee the completion of any wager in the event of a technical failure beyond our control. Stakes for incomplete rounds caused by technical errors will generally be refunded to the player's account balance.

okbry reserves the right to void any bet or wager that is made in error, exploits a technical glitch, or is placed at odds or stakes that are clearly erroneous. Players who knowingly exploit software or pricing errors will have affected winnings voided and may have their accounts suspended.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okbry platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Registering or operating more than one okbry account.
• Using the platform for money laundering, structuring, or any activity connected to the proceeds of crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI-assisted play tools, or any other artificial means to interact with okbry games or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or tournament.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors knowingly and deliberately.
• Conducting any form of chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated play in poker or any other multi-player game.
• Using VPN, proxy services, or other means to misrepresent your geographic location or circumvent access restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward okbry staff or other players.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the okbry platform's technical infrastructure.

Responsible Gaming

Intellectual Property

All content on the okbry platform — including but not limited to the okbry logo, brand name, website design, user interface, graphics, text, promotional materials, game thumbnails, and software code — is the intellectual property of okbry or its licensed suppliers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the okbry platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any okbry content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on okbry's intellectual property.
• Use any okbry trademark, logo, or brand name in any manner that could cause confusion or imply an association with okbry that does not exist.
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract data from the okbry platform.

Any unauthorised use of okbry's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may expose the responsible party to civil and/or criminal liability under Philippine and international law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okbry, its directors, employees, agents, game providers, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the okbry platform. This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of funds due to technical malfunction, server downtime, or network interruption beyond okbry's reasonable control.
• Loss or corruption of account data.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your okbry login credentials.
• Any reliance on information published on okbry.net that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.
• Losses arising from your decision to gamble, including gaming losses, however incurred.

The okbry platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okbry makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation of the platform. While we maintain high standards for platform stability, temporary outages or maintenance windows may occur.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit okbry's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Termination

You may close your okbry account at any time by submitting a written request to the okbry support team via Live Chat or email. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable KYC verification and minimum withdrawal thresholds.

okbry reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• okbry is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or direction from a competent authority.
• You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct on the platform.
• Your account poses an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the okbry platform or to other players.
• You have requested self-exclusion through okbry's responsible gaming tools.

In cases of termination due to verified misconduct, okbry reserves the right to withhold all or part of your account balance. Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the termination date.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, your use of the okbry platform, or any transaction conducted through okbry shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution of any dispute through okbry's internal complaints process. You may submit a formal complaint to okbry's support team, which will be reviewed and responded to within a reasonable timeframe. okbry is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which will continue in full force and effect. The failure of okbry to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or of any other right under these Terms.
